Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Happiness Guarantee At Economicalk, we want you to love your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.
Please Note: Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
2. How to Start a Return Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address on the package. To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@economicalk.com with your Order # and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address and instructions.
3. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you.

Approved: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs or send you a replacement free of charge.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Order Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is cancelled in time, you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
6. Sale Items Only regular-priced and standard sale items may be refunded. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be refunded.
